Key Responsibilities

Develop Workforce Competence & Technical Capabilities

  • Conduct learning needs analyses to identify skill gaps and build strategies that support departmental competency development.
  • Recommend the most suitable internal or external learning methods, tools, and programs to drive technical skill growth.

Design & Deliver Technical Training

  • Develop, revise, and enhance course materials using effective instructional design principles.
  • Consider learning objectives, delivery methods, performance outcomes, and assessment approaches to create engaging training experiences.
  • Deliver and facilitate classroom or alternative training sessions that empower learners and boost capability.
  • Design and deliver training programs that strengthen the team’s AI competencies and upskill learners with future‑ready, leading‑edge AI capabilities in an evolving digital landscape.

Improve Training Effectiveness

  • Use training metrics, data, and participant feedback to evaluate and improve courses and learning programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the training ecosystem.
  • Ensure all training activities comply with established standards, guidelines, and policies.
  • Identify opportunities to apply and develop AI and automation solutions in day‑to‑day tasks, implementing enhancements that drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Collaborate Locally & Globally

  • Work closely with global and local Workforce Development partners to share Best Known Methods and align on training initiatives.
  • Partner with external organizations to strengthen our team’s technical and professional capability.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and area training representatives to develop, review, and deploy training solutions effectively.
