Job Description

Customer Service and Sales:

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized shopping experiences to clients.
  • Drive sales and support the team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Build and manage relationships with VIPs and key customers through effective clienteling strategies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive CRM database to foster lasting customer connections.
  • Ensure excellence in after-sales service, enhancing client satisfaction.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and a mentoring mindset.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
  • Share weekly sales insights to support team success and strategy development.
  • Handle team dynamics and conflicts with maturity and professionalism.

Stock and Operations Management:

  • Partner with Operations to maintain optimal stock levels and organized stockrooms.
  • Manage stock replenishment and ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock takes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3-5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in jewellery or high-end products.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with diverse clientele and team members.
  • Passionate about people, design, and luxury, with a strong eye for fashion and style.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and mentor team success.
  • Experienced in leading teams; candidates with extensive experience may be considered for senior roles.
