Call Centre Agent (Debt Collection / Credit Recovery)

Location: Changi Business Park

Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pm

Salary Package:

• Basic Salary: Up to $2,600 + Commission + Allowance

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up on outstanding payments
• Negotiate repayment arrangements and payment schedules with customers
• Recover overdue and bad debt accounts professionally and effectively
• Advise customers on payment options and account status
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates
• Follow up closely on overdue accounts to ensure timely repayments
• Build rapport with customers while maintaining professionalism during debt recovery discussions
• Escalate unresolved or sensitive cases to the relevant team when required
• Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• Mandatory customer service experience
• Prior experience in collections, call centre, telemarketing, or debt recovery will be an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Able to handle difficult conversations professionally
• Basic computer literacy
• Goal-driven and comfortable working with KPIs and collection targets
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
