Job Title: Data Entry/ Customer Service (East)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt support and assistance to driver/delivery partners
  • Facilitate transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Handle data entry and system updates with high accuracy
  • Manage inventory and stock issuance, including physical handling of items  
  • Perform stock checks and warehouse coordination

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • Customer service experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools / helpdesk systems
  • Good computer literacy and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with live chat, email, or phone support
  • Strong attention to detail in data entry

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Adaptable, team player, and able to multitask
