HR Operations & Training Executive | No Experience Welcome
Job Description
Salary: $2760 - $3000 / month
Location: One North
Contract: 12 months
Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities
1. General Administration
Administer internship feedback forms and maintain accurate records.
Handle enquiries from hiring supervisors and interns on internship-related matters, including ERP submissions, stipends, onboarding timelines, laptop requests, temporary passes, and leave applications.
2. Training Coordination & Operations Support
Training Coordination: Liaise with departments to consolidate training schedules and manage the SharePoint training repository.
Enrolment & Tracking: Monitor registrations and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
ITE Partnership: Manage ITE–IME agreements, pre-enrolment documentation, and onboarding processes as the main point of contact.
Programme Administration: Support training logistics, including participant briefings, room setup, and attendance tracking.
Finance & Reporting: Oversee end-to-end billing processes and ensure accurate invoice processing.
Undertake any other duties or projects assigned in support of the department’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related disciplines.
- No prior experience are welcome
- Candidates with experience in administrative, operations, HR, training coordination, or internship management roles will have an added advantage.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Meticulous, organised, and able to manage complex administrative tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint and Forms.
