IT Infrastructure Support Analyst (IAM/Mainframe)

Role:

• Provide technical support and maintenance of IT infrastructure.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues.

• Implement system upgrades and enhancements.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure maintenance.

• Good communication, project management, strong analytical, problem-solving and vendor management skills.

Technical Skills:

Integration Development. Experience in one or more of the following:

o Integration with Mainframe System

o Web Service Development

Identity and Access Management (IAM) Solutions. Experience in one or more of the following:

o Active Directory

o Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)

o Identity Governance & Administration tools

o Oracle Identity and Access Management

o Oracle Web Services Manager

o Privileged ID Management tools

o Resource Access Control Facility (RACF)

Database and Server Infrastructure: Any of the following:

o Microsoft SQL Server

o Oracle DB Server

o Oracle Fusion Middleware (WebLogic Server)

o Redhat (Linux) Server

Environments/Systems. Any of the following:

o Amazon WorkSpaces

o AS400

o Linux

o Mainframe Environment

o Oracle

o Red Hat Linux

o Unix

o Windows

Operating Systems. Any of the following:

o Windows Server

o z/OS

Platforms. Any of the following:

o .Net Platforms – Windows Server, Internet Information Services (IIS) Server, HIS Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

o Amazon Web Services (AWS)

o Azure

Frameworks:

o Mainframe Enterprise Systems Architecture (ESA)
