- Work Location - Airport
- Shift Hours: Rotating Shift 8am -3pm, 3pm-10pm &10am-6pm
- Monthly Salary - up to $2631
- Govt Agency, 7 months contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on‑site assistance to international travellers in submitting forms on the system.
- Guide travellers in using automated lanes / kiosks for immigration/boarding.
- Assist with other duties as assigned (may include support for ad hoc traveller needs)
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
- Preferably prior experience in customer service, airport operations or hospitality.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with travellers from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic computer literacy; familiar with tablets or kiosk systems.
- Able to multitask, work independently and under minimal supervision.
