Job Description

  • Work Location - Central Region
  • Shift Hours: Rotating Shift 8am -3pm, 3pm-10pm &10am-6pm
  • Monthly Salary - up to $2631
  • Govt Agency, 12 months contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on‑site assistance to international travellers in submitting forms on the system.
  • Guide travellers in using automated lanes / kiosks for immigration/boarding.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned (may include support for ad hoc traveller needs)

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
  • Preferably prior experience in customer service, airport operations or hospitality.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with travellers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Basic computer literacy; familiar with tablets or kiosk systems.
  • Able to multitask, work independently and under minimal supervision.
