Workplace Safety & Health Trainer (Apply WSH for Construction Site)

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering engaging, interactive training sessions on a range of WSH topics to construction industry.
• Ensure training content is up-to-date and compliances with the latest industry regulations and best practices.
• Monitoring training participants assessment based on standard assessment plan for theory MCQ and Practical use classroom and workshop setting.
• Staying abreast of changes in WSH legislation and industry standards to continuously enhance training delivery.

Requirements

• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry as a Supervisor, Foreman, or Safety Personnel.
• Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACTA/ ACLP/DACE/DDDLP/WAH.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and one additional language (e.g. Burmese and/or Vietnamese and/or Mandarin) for course delivery.
