IT Operator (Data Center)

Job Description & Requirements

These ITOs provide 24x7x365 support to data centers located in Kallang and AMK. The work scope includes (not exhaustive):

• Monitor and respond to alerts from Automic, SFX, emails, ITOM, CCTV, BMS and Netbackup with proper ticketing and Level 1 support
• Monitor and control the execution of batch jobs so that they can complete within the critical batch window and not affect online performance
• Provides smart hands for round the clock critical data center support
• Ensure safety and security of the data centres
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time
