Are you passionate about developing impactful training programs and supporting learning initiatives? We’re seeking a dedicated Training Analyst to join our team and help shape effective training solutions across our organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the Learning/Training Lead in designing, developing, and deploying engaging training and performance support materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key decision-making processes.
- Provide innovative solutions for team and organizational challenges.
- Design training content aligned with Wave 1 training materials, ensuring it caters to diverse learners.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on participant feedback and industry best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends in training and development to continually enhance learning programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field.
- 3+ years experience in Learning Content Development or related training roles.
- Intermediate proficiency in Learning Content Development.
- Intermediate proficiency in Training Visual Design preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Training and Performance Support, Training Evaluation Strategy, and Training Needs Analysis is a plus.
