Gen AI & Analytics Lead - 6 Months - S$open

We’re seeking a dynamic leader to drive AI & Analytics strategy for a leading financial organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Gen AI & Analytics roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives and pilot projects.
• Identify scalable use cases and turn concepts into business solutions.
• Engage stakeholders and present compelling proposals.
• Collaborate across teams and external partners.
• Promote data governance and ethical AI practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven 5+ years experience in AI & analytics projects, especially Gen AI.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with regulatory/compliance aspects is a plus.
