Security & Service Ambassador (ION Officer)

Responsibility

• Responsible for Security and Safety aspects for all Shoppers, Tenants and Staff within the Mall
• Assisting Shoppers and Tenants with directional queries
• Manages daily operations at Command Centre and Carpark Operations which includes the entrance to Loading/Unloading Bay, Drop-Off Point and Taxi Stand
• Attends to incidents involving Security and Fire related issues and assist authorities such as SPF and SCDF, whenever required
• Provides daily Security Escort duties for movements of vouchers and/or cash denominations
• Performs Traffic Control duties at Drop Off Point
• Provides security presence for Mall Events to manage crowd control issues
• Manages Lost & Found properties
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels with either Security/Safety/Hotel backgrounds preferred
• Enthusiastic and service-oriented individual with a friendly and pleasant personality
• Vigilant, alert with a keen eye for details
• Conversant in English, with proficiency in other languages being an advantage
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts
• Excellent team worker
• Candidates who possess PLRD Certificate will have an added advantage
