Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand their banking and financial needs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and follow-ups
• Support customers with suitable banking and financial solutions under guidance from experienced team members
• Promote a range of retail banking products including savings accounts, credit cards, loans, insurance, and basic investment solutions
• Participate in branch activities, customer acquisition initiatives, and sales campaigns
• Provide quality customer service and ensure a positive client experience
• Keep up to date with banking products, market trends, and financial knowledge
• Achieve individual and team sales/service targets

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Candidates with no prior banking experience are welcome to apply
• Mid-career switchers interested in joining the banking industry are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with experience in customer service, hospitality, retail sales, real estate, or other client-facing industries will have an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow within the banking industry
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable interacting with customers
