HR & General Affairs Assistant (East)

Responsibilities:

• Process airport pass applications for employees at retail and corporate levels
• Coordinate employee welfare initiatives, including congratulatory and get-well arrangements
• Support interview scheduling and employment contract signings
• Provide onboarding support, including uniform issuance, onboarding kits, and seating arrangements
• Attend to office visitors and manage front-of-house administrative matters
• Handle courier and postal matters, including mailbox monitoring and mail distribution
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of meeting rooms
• Keep telephone directories, contact lists, and organization charts up to date
• Support submission and processing of HR and general affairs invoices, travel arrangements, expense claims, visas, and corporate card expenses
• Assist with office events, festive decorations, staff gifting, gatherings, and company activities
• Manage pantry supplies and office stationery replenishment for two offices
• Coordinate general office maintenance, including alarms, premises, and equipment
• Raise approvals via the EP portal and submit invoices for payment processing in Glob+
• Provide additional HR and administrative support as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply; 1 year of experience in HR support or office administration is an added advantage
