Accounts Executive (Retail) (Up to $4k + AWS + VB)

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with an external accounting firm to support monthly and annual financial closing.
• Organize, maintain, and ensure accuracy of accounting records and documentation.
• Process payments and perform bank transfers in a timely manner.
• Monitor cash flow and support effective cash management.
• Handle accounting activities for both wholesale and retail business entities.
• Communicate and coordinate with overseas headquarter.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, handling AP, AR, and journal entries.
