Repair Technician (Probe Card)

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection and repair of small electronic components under a microscope
• Assist in troubleshooting and basic repair of electronic assemblies  
• Carry out soldering and component replacement (training provided if required)  
• Ensure repaired units meet quality standards and specifications  
• Maintain accurate records of repair work and findings  
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the repair process

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in electronics, repair, or precision-related work
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
• Willingness to learn and be trained in specialized repair techniques
