Retail Expansion Manager [up to $6,000 + AWS | Central]

Responsibilities: 

As part of our ongoing business growth, we are looking for a highly motivated professional to join us as a core member of our regional expansion team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to business growth and to develop into a future business leader.

Retail Expansion & Store Development

• Take a hands-on role in retail store expansion initiatives.
• Identify and source suitable commercial properties for new store openings.
• Actively engage landlords and developers, including securing appointments and conducting negotiations.
• Lead end-to-end lease negotiations and support contract execution.

Back-Office & Administrative Management

• Handle essential back-office functions related to store expansion, including rent calculations.
• Manage administrative matters such as staff overtime tracking and incentive payouts.
• Support internal coordination between headquarters and local operations.

Leadership & Career Development

• Serve as a core member of the regional expansion team.
• This position is designed as a succession track, with structured exposure and responsibility to prepare the successful candidate to become a future Business Leader for the region.
• Any other ad-hoc admin or operation related duties assigned

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Business Management or any other relevance 
• Experience in retail expansion, real estate leasing, or business development
