IT Infrastructure Operation Lead *Government*

We are looking for a IT Infrastructure Ops Lead (System & Network) to work on a enterprise project.

This role requires someone who is technically hands-on and has led a team of IT Engineers.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT technical delivery, ensuring infrastructure and security services consistently meet performance and availability standards.

• Promote and implement ITIL best practices across Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.

• Oversee infrastructure and security-related projects, providing technical guidance to ensure timely delivery within defined scope.

• Advocate a user-focused approach to IT services, ensuring technical solutions enhance overall user experience and operational efficiency.

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers across Network, System, and Cyber domains, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Possess Minimum Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields.

• At least 4 years of working experience in IT Service Management and Technical Delivery.

• Experience in systems server and network.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.

• Candidates with experience in government projects are highly preferred.

Working location at the north-east of Singapore.

This role requires individual to clear CAT 2 due to the nature of the project.
