Aircon & Ventilation Technician

**Open to all skill levels, including candidates with no prior experience (training will be provided). Both locals and foreigners are welcome to apply.

Location: Near Eunos MRT Station
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (overtime pay applicable after 5:00 PM)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in general construction and renovation works, including demolition, installation, and finishing.
• Support electrical and ventilation (e.g. ducting, exhaust systems) installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting works.
• Handle loading, unloading, and movement of materials and equipment on-site.
• Operate basic tools and machinery safely.
• Follow instructions from supervisors, technicians, or project managers to complete assigned tasks.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project requirements, drawings, and timelines.
• Comply with all workplace safety regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the worksite.
• Report any safety hazards, damages, or issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Work as a team to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
