Shipping Agent / Boarding Officer

Role & Job Responsibilities:

• Book vessels in and out of Singapore port and arrange Pilot and Tug Boat services.
• Provide crews information to the immigration authority.
• Advise Sea custom of vessels' arrival and departure, and reporting of cargoes on onboard vessels.
• Ensuring that the ships' documentation complies with International and Singapore's regulation prior to Custom Inspection.
• Prepare and submit the declaration of Pre-Arrival Notification of Security.
• Arrange and coordinate the supply / deliveries of ship spares, stores, contractor services, certificates, documents, provisions, fresh water, waste removal and distribution of crews salary.
• Coordinate bunking of vessels.
• Arrange and coordinate other port operations and services.
• Attend to projects and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Responsible and commitment for works.
• Good team player with positive attitude.
• Able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and require basic computer knowledge skills such as MS Word & Excel.
• 5.5 work week, preferred candidate with short notice or can start work immediately.
