Operations Coordinator (Car Repair Workshop)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and handle daily workshop and operations activities to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company standards.
- Identify and promptly resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.
- Ensure staff adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and performance.
- Provide basic IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, email, network, and SAP system helpdesk.
- Perform system backups and recovery to safeguard company data.
- Manage installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, deployments, and upgrades.
- Maintain operational records, asset inventories, and vendor documentation.
- Support the Operations team in executing daily business activities.
Requirements
· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or ITE / Diploma in Business Administration, Automotive, Logistics, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
· Proven experience in operations coordination, workshop operations, or similar operational roles.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and email communication.
· Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting will be an advantage
· Responsible and reliable
· Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
· Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on workshop environment
· Team player with a positive attitude
