HSBC Life Financial Advisor (No Experience Required / Training Provided)

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our financial advisory team under Fort Financial, representing HSBC Life (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates, A-Level / Diploma holders, career switchers, and individuals with or without prior experience in financial services. Full training and mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand financial goals, risk profile, and financial situation
• Provide financial advice on protection, savings, investment, and retirement planning
• Develop personalised financial plans based on client needs
• Recommend suitable financial solutions including insurance and investment-linked products
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews
• Stay updated on financial markets, products, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure all recommendations comply with MAS regulations and company standards
• Generate business through networking, referrals, and client acquisition activities

Requirements

• Minimum A-Level / Diploma and above (Degree preferred but not required)
• No experience required (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn
• Open to fresh graduates and career switchers
• Candidates with sales, banking, insurance, or client-facing experience are welcome
