Airfreight Import Manager (Basic up $7000/3PL/East)

Brief Summary:

• Basic $5500 - $7000
• Mon to Fri: 9.00am - 5.30pm, Alt Sat: 9.00am - 1.00pm
• Location: Changi Alps (Transport provided at Tampines MRT & Tanah Merah MRT)
• Permanent Role + AWS + VB + 18AL

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the Airfreight Department, overseeing Customer Service, Billing, and Operations.

• Ensure customer KPIs are aligned and consistently met with internal and external stakeholders.

• Conduct regular customer visits to review service standards and address performance gaps.

• Lead MBR/QBR sessions to review account performance and drive improvement actions.

• Lead and coach the team to meet customer requirements and operational targets.

• Manage department P&L, including cost control and profitability tracking.

• Monitor monthly AR with Finance and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely collections.

• Serve as the escalation point for customer complaints and corrective action requests (CAR).

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• 5–10 years of airfreight import operations experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/manager role
