Job Description
Brief Summary:
- Basic $5500 - $7000
- Mon to Fri: 9.00am - 5.30pm, Alt Sat: 9.00am - 1.00pm
- Location: Changi Alps (Transport provided at Tampines MRT & Tanah Merah MRT)
- Permanent Role + AWS + VB + 18AL
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the Airfreight Department, overseeing Customer Service, Billing, and Operations.
Ensure customer KPIs are aligned and consistently met with internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct regular customer visits to review service standards and address performance gaps.
Lead MBR/QBR sessions to review account performance and drive improvement actions.
Lead and coach the team to meet customer requirements and operational targets.
Manage department P&L, including cost control and profitability tracking.
Monitor monthly AR with Finance and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely collections.
Serve as the escalation point for customer complaints and corrective action requests (CAR).
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- 5–10 years of airfreight import operations experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/manager role
