Job Description:

Oversee Service Order (SO) management, ensuring external vendor services are tracked and billed accurately.

Manage Spare Indenting processes to ensure technical workshops have the necessary parts for repairs.

Execute billing reconciliations and ensure financial documentation aligns with SAP records.

Job Requirements:

a. Education/Experience: Diploma in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. 3-5 years of experience in a technical/logistic admin role.

b. Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of SAP (Logistics/Finance). Familiarity with procurement and indenting workflows.

c. Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex billing cycles with multiple stakeholders.

d. Security Clearance: Ability to pass necessary security vetting required.
