Your Role
Deliver outstanding customer service and create a memorable luxury experience for every client
Assist customers in selecting high-quality jewelry and provide expert product advice
Build meaningful, long-term relationships to drive brand loyalty and repeat business
Achieve individual and team sales targets through service excellence
Maintain impeccable grooming and professionalism in line with luxury brand standards
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in luxury retail
Applicants without retail experience but with Cabin Crew / hospitality service background are welcome
Passion for luxury retail and representing a prestigious brand
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Confidence, elegance, and a service-driven mindset
