Service Staff / Management Trainee
Job Description
Monthly Salary: UP to $3200 (Negotiable)
Working Address: Novena
Working Hours: 6 Days Work Week
Split shift from 10AM to 10PM
Responsibilities and Duties:
Handle cashiering duties, including taking customer orders and processing orders from delivery platforms
Support daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow
Prepare condiments in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Carry out housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and general cleaning
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and orderly workplace at all times
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
Attend to customer enquiries and provide assistance where required
Deliver attentive and courteous customer service
Work collaboratively with team members and maintain a positive working attitude
Candidates with relevant experience and educational background may be considered for a Management Trainee position.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum Diploma holders preferred for Management Trainee position
Service-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
Able to work effectively as part of a team
