Floor Manager-in-Training

Monthly Salary: UP to $3000 (Negotiable)

Working Address: Multiple Locations

Working Hours: 48 Hours

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant

• Drive outlet operations, sales performance, and business results for the assigned department

• Maintain consistency in product presentation, displays, and branding by ensuring products, menus, and marketing materials are in good condition and properly displayed

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate the ordering of supplies

• Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaints professionally

• Assist in recruiting, training, and motivating staff

• Maintain compliance with company standards 

• Maintain effective communication between internal departments and external customers

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Manager

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Guest-oriented with a strong focus on customer service

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
