Job Description

Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to prepare and review technical documentation, including shop drawings, RFIs, and method statements.
Assist in planning and sequencing M&E works to prevent clashes with architectural and structural trades.
Review M&E drawings against other disciplines to identify and resolve discrepancies before site execution.
Monitor site progress and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
Manage Testing & Commissioning (T&C) coordination, including schedule preparation and documentation tracking.
Maintain and compile all project documentation, including as-built drawings, approvals, and inspection records.
Facilitate authority submissions (BCA, SCDF, PUB, etc.) and ensure timely preparation of required documents.
Support QA/QC activities through site inspections, material verification, and monitoring of rectification works.
Coordinate with the WSH team to enforce safety compliance, including RA, SWP, and permit-to-work adherence.
Mentor and guide M&E Supervisors to enhance their technical, coordination, and site-management skills.
