Job Description

Main work content:

•⁠  ⁠⁠ ⁠ Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support for the chairman

•⁠  ⁠⁠ ⁠ Manage and coordinate the chairman's schedule, meetings, travel arrangements and official activities

•⁠  ⁠ Prepare the agenda and materials of the meeting, accurately record the minutes of the meeting, and ensure the timely follow-up of decision-making and action matters

•⁠⁠ As a key communication interface between the chairman and senior management and external stakeholders

•⁠  ⁠⁠ ⁠ Organize, maintain and protect important company documents, contracts and reports

•⁠  ⁠⁠ ⁠ Monitor and track the progress of key measures, timely reminders and concisely update the status

•⁠  ⁠⁠ ⁠ Handle sensitive information and the chairman's relevant data in the highest level of confidentiality and confidentiality

•⁠  ⁠⁠ ⁠ Assume the additional responsibilities entrusted by the chairman
