Receiving Agent
Job Description
We are looking for a Receiving Agent. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our receiving tasks, adhering to FSMS policies, and managing the beverage store's inventory. If you are an organized and detail-oriented individual, we want you to be part of our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough checks on incoming food and non-food items, ensuring compliance with company and group policies.
Monitor food temperatures and verify the quantity of items received.
Scan all incoming invoices into the system on a daily basis.
Post goods receipts into the system to maintain accurate records.
Identify and reject goods that do not meet hotel policies, utilizing the proper rejection form.
Collaborate with Central Purchasing at Shared Services to address Goods rejected or PO-related issues promptly.
Maintain the beverage store inventory to ensure an adequate supply for daily operations.
Conduct monthly beverage stock counts for all beverage stores.
Ensure strict adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), policies, and statutory requirements.
Assist in implementing new processes and systems when required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in receiving tasks and inventory management in the hospitality industry.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control.
Familiarity with FSMS policies and procedures.
Proficient in using SAP accounting software.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt to new processes and system implementations.
