Admin Coordinator (Furnishing)**Training Provided

Job Description

  • Order Processing: Processing customer orders, quotations, and invoices
  • Enquiry Management: Handling sales enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Showroom Support: Assisting with showroom or gallery operations, including supporting walk-in customers.
  • After-Sales Service: Coordinating with customers regarding delivery updates, order progress, and resolving minor issues. 
  • Data Entry: Entering data on product specifications, pricing, and customer details into company systems.
  • System Upkeep: Maintaining accurate records and documentation for Sales and Operations teams. 
  • Product upkeep / Stock Monitoring: Manage products library, assist with new launches, samplings. Checking stock levels and liaising with warehouse staff or suppliers.
  • Delivery Coordination: Planning delivery schedules and updating clients on delivery timings.
  • Inventory Control: Assisting with inventory records, returns, and exchange processes.

Job Requirements

  • O level & above
  • Welcome entry level - Training Provided
  • Knowledge in Furnishing or Logistics industry will be advantageous
  • Computer literate
  • 5 days work (8.30am to 5.30pm) at Kaki Bukit Place
  • Salary $2800 - $3500
