Sales Coordinator (Furnishing / Logistics)**Training Provided

Job Description

  • Processing customer orders, quotations, and invoices
  • Handling sales enquiries and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assisting with showroom or gallery operations, including supporting walk-in customers.
  • Coordinating with customers regarding delivery updates, order progress, and resolving minor issues. 
  • Entering data on product specifications, pricing, and customer details into company systems.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation for Sales and Operations teams. 
  • Manage products library, assist with new launches, samplings. Checking stock levels and liaising with warehouse staff or suppliers.
  • Planning delivery schedules and updating clients on delivery timings.
  • Assisting with inventory records, returns, and exchange processes.

Job Requirements

  • O level / Nitec / Diploma
  • Welcome entry level - Training Provided
  • Experience working in Furnishing or Logistics industry will be an advantage
  • Computer literate
  • Bilingual in both Mandarin and English - to work with Chinese stakeholders
  • 5 days work (8.30am to 5.30pm) at Kaki Bukit Place
  • Salary $2800 - $3500
