Job Description

At Anchorage Digital, we are building the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto.

Anchorage Digital is a crypto platform that enables institutions to participate in digital assets through custody, staking, trading, governance, settlement, and the industry's leading security infrastructure. Home to Anchorage Digital Bank N.A., the first federally chartered crypto bank in the U.S., Anchorage Digital also serves institutions through Anchorage Digital Singapore, Porto by Anchorage Digital, and other offerings.

The company is funded by leading institutions including Andreessen Horowitz, GIC, Goldman Sachs, KKR, and Visa, with its Series D valuation over $3 billion. Founded in 2017 in San Francisco, California, Anchorage Digital has offices in New York, New York; Porto, Portugal; Singapore; and Sioux Falls, South Dakota. With the evolving landscape of digital threats and an increasing volume of sophisticated attacks by malicious actors, we have a security policy mandating all new hires complete an in-person onboarding process - no exceptions. Security is our foundation and we prioritize physical identity verification and secure IT setup. While our security and IT logistics require physical presence to protect our infrastructure from sophisticated global threats, this move is equally about our Village culture. We believe that a laptop can be shipped, but our culture cannot.

Anchorage Digital is the premier digital asset platform for the most sophisticated institutions participating in digital assets. As a Member of Sales Support, you will be a critical part of the daily operations at Anchorage Digital Bank. In this role, you will partner with Sales, KYC Operations, Legal and Client Experience teams to ensure the client onboarding process is seamless. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring sales pipeline integrity, timely launching and completion of client-specific contracts, and providing attentive care in a timely and thoughtful manner. You will become intimately familiar with the new account opening requirements, verifying appropriate information, adherence to process, and coordinating necessary approvals.

We have created the Factors of Growth & Impact to help Villagers better measure impact and articulate coaching, feedback, and the rich and rewarding learning that happens while exploring, developing, and mastering the capabilities and contributions within and outside of the Business Analyst role.

Technical Skills:

  • CRM & Systems Management: Experience maintaining CRM data integrity and functionality, ensuring all records are properly synced across systems while championing platform enhancements and development.
  • Legal Documentation: Basic understanding of legal repositories with the ability to proactively launch and maintain contracts relevant to Anchorage Digital clients.

Complexity and Impact of Work:

  • Systems Integration: Act as a primary stakeholder in project work and technical integrations involving Anchorage Digital Bank’s core CRM and data systems.
  • Account Governance: Own the review of new accounts, performing meticulous due diligence on client onboarding to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for tracking tasks and processes, ensuring all departmental responsibilities are clearly defined and archived.

Organizational Knowledge:

  • Strategic Alignment: Understanding Anchorage Digital’s overarching strategy and ability to integrate that knowledge into team planning and goal-setting.
  • Purpose-Driven Execution: Ability to connect company-wide priorities to specific areas of work and clearly communicate the "why" behind operational tasks to the broader team.

Communication and Influence:

  • Client Relations: Strength in clear and effective communication to provide exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively partners with stakeholders across Anchorage Digital to identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement.

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to efficiently manage and track activities, maintain client information, and ensure data remains accurate and up to date.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Baseline understanding of cryptocurrencies and a proactive curiosity to continue building that knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of client life-cycles within the financial services industry.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and team-focused approach to problem-solving and internal alignment.
  • Foundational understanding of legal contracts and complex client structures or professional relationships.

Although not a requirement, bonus points if:

  • You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)
