Premium Client Manager (German)

This role is offered on a one-year fixed-term contract and is based in our Limassol office.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients across the German market.
  • Plan and conduct a structured cadence of client meetings to understand individual objectives, deliver platform and market updates, and address client concerns.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention by maintaining professional and supportive relationships.
  • Act in the best interest of clients at all times, responding promptly to enquiries and delivering a service standard aligned with Capital.com's commitment to client outcomes.
  • Foster positive client experiences that translate into constructive feedback and public reviews.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Capital.com's product suite, platform developments, and marketing initiatives, communicating these clearly and accurately to clients.
  • Reactivate and re-engage inactive clients through targeted outreach.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Customer Support, Trading and Marketing to ensure operational efficiency and a consistent client experience.
  • Operate at all times within Capital.com's regulatory obligations and internal compliance framework.

Requirements:

  •  Native or near-native proficiency in German, with strong written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrable experience managing clients within the financial services industry, ideally in CFDs, FX, brokerage, or wealth management.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capability.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio with discipline, prioritising effectively across competing demands.
  • A genuine client-centred mindset and commitment to service excellence.
  • High standards of reliability, integrity, and professional conduct.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive, commercially aware, and goal-oriented approach.
  • CySEC Basic certification is considered an advantage; candidates without certification will be supported in obtaining it.
