Who You Are

● You’re passionate about financial markets, with a strong inclination towards equities,

derivatives, and crypto (VDA/Web3).

engage with platforms, communities, and market opportunities.

● You thrive on building relationships and influencing traders, creators, and stakeholders.

performance data, and user behaviour.

● You have a strong understanding of trading communities and how they operate across

platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and YouTube.

● You enjoy exploring new ideas and driving meaningful impact through your work.

What You’ll Do

● As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will own and scale a high-performing KOL

ecosystem that directly drives trading volume, user growth, and engagement.

● KOL Strategy & Acquisition

Own the end-to-end strategy for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding high-impact

KOLs across crypto and trading ecosystems, with a strong focus on scalability and ROI.

● Relationship & Lifecycle Management

Build and manage long-term partnerships with KOLs, driving sustained engagement,

retention, and performance improvement over time.

● Performance Ownership

Own core business metrics driven via KOLs — including trading volumes, active traders,

and user acquisition — and continuously optimize performance through data-led

interventions.

● Campaign Execution & Distribution

Lead execution of influencer-led campaigns across platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and

YouTube, ensuring strong distribution, timely delivery, and alignment with business

goals.

● Operations & Process Excellence

Design and scale operational frameworks across the KOL funnel — onboarding,

tracking, payouts, performance measurement, and reporting — to improve efficiency and

visibility.

● Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, product, compliance, and growth teams to align on

priorities, unlock new opportunities, and ensure seamless execution.

● Market Intelligence & Opportunity Mapping

Track market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging creator segments to identify

new growth opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Bring

● 3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or community-led growth

(crypto, trading, or fintech preferred).

● Proven ability to independently own and scale influencer/KOL programs with measurable

business impact.

● Strong understanding of Twitter, YouTube, and Telegram ecosystems, especially within

trading/crypto communities.

● Experience working with performance-driven metrics such as trading volume, CAC, or

user acquisition.

● Strong operational mindset with the ability to build processes, systems, and scalable

frameworks.

● Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working cross-functionally.

● High ownership, accountability, and the ability to influence without formal authority.
