Are you ready to be a member of an outstanding team at Micron? As an ADT PROCESS ENGINEERING TF Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transferring new technology to OMT, ensuring top-level operations, and achieving our ambitious goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a working team culture that emphasizes individual strengths by aligning team member skills with roles and responsibilities that are valued and contribute to overall team success.
- Develop and grow relationships with key internal and external partners to make sure the technology transfer and development are consistent with Micron goals and priorities.
- Define and align projects and programs to meet transfer and TTMCY goals.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and TDT teams to improve Fab processes and equipment, ensuring transfer goals are achieved.
- Foster positive relationships with partners across all OMT modules, divisions, OCT, and R&D engineering teams.
- Support continuous improvement efforts through Maintenance Optimization Plans, including SOPs, Manuals, Equipment Performance, Business Processes, and BKMs.
- Coach, mentor, empower, and supervise team members.
Education and Experience:
- Degree: B.S. or M.S. in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Productions & Operations Management, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years’ experience in TF.
- Shown ability to partner effectively with other groups (site, network, global) and build strong peer relationships.
- Ability to empower and challenge teams to improve the efficiency of the organization.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills to optimally communicate at all levels within the organization.
- Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and analytical skills while providing insights to drive strategic direction.
