AI-Native Engineer (Global Product, AI-Native Workflow, Tech-driven and Innovative Environment!)

My Client:

My client is a well-known international technology company building large-scale global consumer products across multiple markets. The engineering organization is focused on improving software delivery quality, engineering efficiency, and developer experience through AI-native workflows and intelligent automation.

The team is currently building next-generation engineering platforms powered by LLMs, automation, and observability systems, helping global engineering teams improve release quality, operational stability, and delivery efficiency at scale.

The Role:

You will help improve the full software delivery lifecycle from development and testing to release validation, incident analysis, and operational stability. This role sits at the intersection of backend engineering, platform engineering, AI tooling, quality engineering, and engineering productivity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build AI-native engineering tools and internal platforms to improve software quality and delivery efficiency
• Design automation workflows for testing, release validation, defect diagnosis, incident analysis, and operational improvement
• Improve CI/CD quality checks, engineering standards, and release stability across large-scale international products
• Apply LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agents, and workflow automation into real-world engineering scenarios
• Drive root cause analysis and build reusable solutions for engineering bottlenecks and operational risks
• Improve observability, monitoring, reliability, and engineering productivity through intelligent systems and automation
• Support international product launches, regional adaptations, and large-scale engineering operations

Job Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, or similar languages
• Experience in backend engineering, platform engineering, engineering productivity, DevOps, SRE, QA automation, or related areas
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, release workflows, or incident management
• Hands-on experience building internal tools, automation systems, developer platforms, or operational tooling
• Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to work across ambiguous engineering and product challenges
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI-native development workflows, coding agents, RAG systems, LLM tooling, or engineering automation
• Familiarity with observability stacks, monitoring systems, tracing, logging, or stability engineering
• Experience in large-scale internet platforms, high-concurrency systems, fintech, infrastructure platforms, or international products
