Finance Manager

Job Summary

Lead the group consolidation process and ensure accurate financial closings. Review management accounts for compliance, prepare management reports with financial analysis, manage external relationships, strengthen controls, and lead finance digital transformation and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the group consolidation process to deliver timely and accurate monthly and annual financial closings, including preparation of consolidated financial statements
• Review subsidiaries’ management accounts to ensure compliance with group accounting policies and reporting standards
• Prepare and review monthly management reports, providing financial analysis and performance insights to support strategic decision-making and improve profitability
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and effective collaboration
• Strengthen internal controls by identifying gaps and implementing improvements to enhance financial governance
• Streamline finance processes to increase efficiency and support finance digital transformation initiatives
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to build capabilities and drive high performance
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to support business needs
