Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance corporate client onboarding and lifecycle KYC processes, including workflow digitalization initiatives
• Participate in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to implementation and post-launch enhancement
• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Technology teams to ensure products and processes meet regulatory and internal governance standards
• Support projects and UAT relating to corporate online banking platforms and new product functionalities
• Develop and implement product initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth
• Conduct periodic review and update of product policies and procedures
• Provide internal training and support to business teams on product enhancements and process updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant banking experience in product management, transaction banking, cash management, onboarding/KYC, or corporate banking operations
• Exposure to corporate online banking platforms, client lifecycle management, or workflow/process enhancement projects would be advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with good attention to detail
• Familiarity with regulatory and governance requirements within banking environments
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
