Finance cum HR Executive (IC role) - Tai Seng, Xero System
Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Finance & HR Executive to independently manage full sets of accounts, payroll, and HR administration functions.
- Handle full sets of accounts, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing / cash flow reports
- Process monthly payroll (6 headcount), CPF submissions, leave and claims
- Maintain HR records, onboarding/offboarding, and HR documentation
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties
Ensure compliance with accounting and MOM regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience handling full sets of accounts and payroll independently
- Familiar with Xero system will be advantage
- Responsible, mature, organised, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in an individual contributor role
