Digital Systems Engineer (CRM/Laboratory & Workflow Platforms)

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance internal digital platforms supporting sales, service, laboratory and operations workflows
• Support CRM systems including customer management, sales pipeline tracking, quotations, service records and reporting functions
• Improve laboratory and testing systems covering sample tracking, test data management, equipment status, results processing and traceability
• Integrate multiple systems to ensure seamless data flow and reduce manual or duplicate work across departments
• Design and implement automation workflows and AI-enabled solutions to improve reporting, documentation and operational efficiency
• Build dashboards and KPI reporting tools for management visibility and performance tracking
• Ensure data integrity, audit trails, access control and compliance-aligned system governance
• Gather user requirements and translate them into practical system improvements and technical solutions
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and user training for internal stakeholders
• Continuously identify opportunities for system optimisation and process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in software development, system engineering or platform development roles
• Strong knowledge of databases, APIs and system integration concepts
• Experience with CRM systems, workflow platforms or laboratory systems (LIMS/LDMS) is an advantage
• Ability to translate business or operational requirements into technical solutions
• Understanding of data integrity, audit trails and system access control principles
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on automation and process improvement
• Exposure to AI tools, automation or digital transformation projects is a plus
