Your role:

• You will build and maintain nexo.com, our primary marketing platform reaching millions of potential clients worldwide.
• You will work with React 19, Next.js 16, TypeScript, Payload CMS, MongoDB, Docker, and Figma.
• You will translate designs into responsive, accessible interfaces across modern devices and browsers with Tailwind CSS.
• You will maintain the component library and design system for consistency and scalability with Storybook.
• You will ship conversion-focused features and track them to drive measurable business growth.
• You will optimize for performance, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, and cost reduction.
• You own it, you ship it, you measure it

What makes you stand out:

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience with Node.js.
• Expert proficiency in Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with MongoDB or AWS DocumentDB.
• Solid command of modern CSS and responsive design.
• Deep knowledge of web performance: code splitting, lazy loading, image optimization, and caching.
• Understanding of technical SEO: structured data, meta tags, sitemaps, and rendering strategies.
• Ability to use AI efficiently to ship/refactor faster, without compromises in the end-result.
• Experience with A/B testing, feature flags, and analytics instrumentation.
• Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD, and modern deployment practices.
• Ability to create Minimal Reproducible Examples of issues.
• Presence in the open-source community; contributing to projects.
• Leadership and ability to balance code quality with deadlines.
• Self-starter with focus on tangible results and problem solving.
• Curiosity and desire to learn, improve, and dig deep.
• Passion for simplicity; knowing how to avoid over-engineering.
• Resilience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Desired (but not essential):

• Experience with AWS resource management and deployment.
• Experience with Cloudflare and networking.
• Experience with software internationalization and localization.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and tracking implementation.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code and Terraform.
• Understanding of fintech, crypto, or complex B2C digital products.
• Eye for aesthetics, animation, UX, and design.
• Some experience with PHP.
