Senior Program Engineer (Operations) –

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Program Engineer (Operations) to support and maintain PMO-PSB systems, ensuring high availability, operational efficiency, and cybersecurity compliance. The role involves IT operations support, infrastructure monitoring, incident management, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 support for PMO-PSB systems (remote & onsite).
• Monitor systems, alerts, and operational incidents.
• Support patching, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
• Maintain system availability and SLA compliance.
• Support change management and operational reporting.
• Assist in system implementation, testing, and integration.
• Configure and monitor servers, applications, and cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain technical and operational documentation.
• Support cybersecurity, compliance, and governance activities.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Support, or Service Delivery.
• Experience working in SLA/OLA-driven environments.
• Exposure to SDLC and enterprise system support.
