Test Program Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Agile Program Manager / Scrum Master with strong expertise in Banking and Financial Services technology delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading Agile Scrum teams, managing end-to-end project delivery, release management, stakeholder coordination, and driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives across global teams.

The candidate should possess strong Scrum Master, Project Management, Release Management, and Test Management capabilities with hands-on experience in Agile and Waterfall environments. Exposure to Core Banking Applications, SDLC, JIRA/Confluence administration, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple Agile Scrum teams
• Drive Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, vendors, and end users to ensure successful project execution
• Manage release planning and delivery aligned with Release Train objectives
• Oversee project forecasting, estimation, resource planning, staffing, onboarding, and capacity management
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and Scrum of Scrums meetings
• Monitor project progress, delivery timelines, and quality metrics
• Create and maintain JIRA dashboards, reports, workflows, and Agile artifacts
• Support SDLC governance, quality assurance, and test management activities
• Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and team productivity
• Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams across multiple regions
• Support disaster recovery testing, release management, and production readiness activities

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management / Scrum Master roles
• Strong experience in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Proven experience managing Banking or Financial Services projects
