5 days QC Engineer up to $4000 (Tuas)

QC Engineer Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 Working Hours: 8am - 530pm (Mon to Fri) Location: Tuas Benefit: AWS, Bonus, Annual Leave, Transport Allowance

Key Responsibilities Quality Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain and update quality documents (SOPs, work instructions, control plans, FMEA)

• Control and manage drawings and specifications

• Support internal and external audits (customer/certification)

• Track corrective actions and ensure timely closure

• Liaise with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Planning, R&D)

Quality Control Operations

• Supervise QC inspectors on the production floor

• Perform inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished goods

• Review inspection reports and maintain proper records

• Monitor product yield and quality performance

• Manage non-conforming materials and corrective actions

• Analyze data (SPC, Cp, Cpk) to ensure process stability

• Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement solutions

• Support new product and process introduction

• Train QC staff and ensure adherence to procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field

• 3–5 years of QC/QA experience

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 / IATF 16949 preferred
