Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the works of junior AR executives.
Prepare sales invoices and intercompany billings.
Lead the yearly Sales Audit for all restaurant locations.
Liaise with landlords and Marketing on sales promotions and programs.
Monitor and follow up on the customers’ outstanding invoices.
Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation and monthly ledger reviews as well as handle month-end closing.
Ensure monthly schedules are prepare and updated for supervisor’s review.
Provide support for year-end audit and taxation activities. 
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Professional Certificate in Accounting.
At least 3 years of accounting and supervisory experience.
Prior working experience in F&B or Retail industry will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Able to work independently, take initiative, and be resourceful.
Capable of liaising with customers, restaurant managers, and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes effectively.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Possess strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite system is an added advantage.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse business partners, customers, and internal staff.
