Senior Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the works of junior AR executives. 
• Prepare sales invoices and intercompany billings. 
• Lead the yearly Sales Audit for all restaurant locations. 
• Liaise with landlords and Marketing on sales promotions and programs.  
• Monitor and follow up on the customers’ outstanding invoices. 
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation and monthly ledger reviews as well as handle month-end closing. 
• Ensure monthly schedules are prepare and updated for supervisor’s review. 
• Provide support for year-end audit and taxation activities.  
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Professional Certificate in Accounting.
• At least 3 years of accounting and supervisory experience.
• Prior working experience in F&B or Retail industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and be resourceful.
• Capable of liaising with customers, restaurant managers, and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes effectively.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Possess strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
• Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite system is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse business partners, customers, and internal staff.
