The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will operate as a360-degree consultant. This means you will manage the entire recruitmentlifecycle, from hunting for new business and managing client relationships tosourcing and placing top-tier candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Prospect and pitch to potential clients to secure new business opportunities and job orders.
Account Management: Maintain and scale existing client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and corporate culture.
Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt, network, and source high-caliber candidates using job boards, social media (LinkedIn Recruiter), and our internal database.
Interviewing & Vetting: Screen resumes, conduct thorough interviews, and short-list the best talent for your clients.
Offer Management: Facilitate the interview process, negotiate salaries, and manage the job offer process through to a successful placement.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment (agency preferred) or a fast-paced B2B sales environment.
Drive: A strong desire to succeed, hit targets, and maximize your earning potential.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
Resilience: The thick skin required to handle the fast-paced, high-rejection nature of sales and recruitment.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and advanced LinkedIn sourcing strategies.

Key Requirements

A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
CEI Basic Certificate is preferred.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR leadership roles.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to design and execute effective recruitment strategies in a competitive market.
A results-oriented mindset with a passion for talent management and organizational growth.
