Job Description
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will operate as a360-degree consultant. This means you will manage the entire recruitmentlifecycle, from hunting for new business and managing client relationships tosourcing and placing top-tier candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Prospect and pitch to potential clients to secure new business opportunities and job orders.
- Account Management: Maintain and scale existing client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and corporate culture.
- Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt, network, and source high-caliber candidates using job boards, social media (LinkedIn Recruiter), and our internal database.
- Interviewing & Vetting: Screen resumes, conduct thorough interviews, and short-list the best talent for your clients.
- Offer Management: Facilitate the interview process, negotiate salaries, and manage the job offer process through to a successful placement.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment (agency preferred) or a fast-paced B2B sales environment.
- Drive: A strong desire to succeed, hit targets, and maximize your earning potential.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Resilience: The thick skin required to handle the fast-paced, high-rejection nature of sales and recruitment.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and advanced LinkedIn sourcing strategies.
Key Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- CEI Basic Certificate is preferred.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR leadership roles.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to design and execute effective recruitment strategies in a competitive market.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for talent management and organizational growth.
